Do I need to install anything?
No. dukanwise runs in the browser on a computer, laptop or tablet. On the Custom plan, we also install the offline app on counters that must keep selling without internet.
Can I use it in Urdu?
Yes. Every user can switch between Urdu and English at any time.
What happens if the internet goes down?
dukanwise works online. If your counters must keep selling without internet, the Custom plan adds the offline app: sales are saved on the computer and sync automatically when the connection comes back, without being counted twice.
Does it work with my barcode scanner and receipt printer?
Barcode scanners that type into the computer like a keyboard work out of the box, and receipts print on thermal receipt printers. Tell us your models when we call and we will check them for you.
Is it integrated with FBR?
Yes, on the Custom plan. Tax-registered shops can send invoices to FBR as they bill. Contact us and we will set it up.
Is it suitable for pharmacies?
Yes. Enter expiry dates when stock arrives and get warned ahead of time, along with low-stock alerts, distributor purchases and supplier ledgers.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes, on the Custom plan. Each branch has its own stock and counters, you can transfer stock between them, and reports work for one branch or all of them. Contact us for a price for your branches.
How many people can use it?
As many as you need. There is no limit on users, and each person gets their own login and role.
Setup and data
How do I sign up?
Fill in the Get started form. We'll call or WhatsApp you, set up your shop and send you your logins. You don't choose a password on the website.
Can you import my existing products?
Yes. Products and opening stock can be imported from an Excel sheet. If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can enter them for you for a one-time fee.
Where is my data kept?
On our server, with regular backups. Looking after the server and the backups is what yearly maintenance pays for.
Who can see my data?
Each shop has its own separate database. Only the users you add can sign in to your shop.
Can I control what my staff can do?
Yes. Roles and permissions decide exactly which screens and actions each user has.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
A single shop is Rs 35,000, paid once. For more than one branch, the offline app or FBR invoicing, contact us and we will price it for your setup.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The only yearly charge is maintenance: Rs 10,000 a year, and the first year is free.
What does yearly maintenance cover?
Your server and your backups, so dukanwise keeps running and your records stay safe.
What does the Custom plan cost?
It depends on how many branches and counters you run, and whether you need the offline app or FBR invoicing. Message us on WhatsApp and we will give you a price.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. We send you the account details when we set up your shop.
What if I stop paying for maintenance?
Your data stays safe, but signing in is paused until maintenance is renewed.
