These terms apply to using dukanwise and this website. dukanwise is provided by Boson Studio. By using dukanwise you agree to them.
Your account
We create your shop account after you send a signup request and we agree to set it up. You are responsible for the users you add and for keeping logins private.
Price and maintenance
You pay a one-time price for dukanwise, agreed when we set up your account. Hosting and backups are covered by yearly maintenance, which is free for the first year. When maintenance is not renewed, signing in is paused until it is. Your data is kept, as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use dukanwise for anything illegal, to break into other accounts or systems, or to overload the service.
Your data
The records you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide dukanwise to you.
Tax and compliance
dukanwise helps you send invoices to FBR, but you remain responsible for your own tax registration, filings and the accuracy of what you enter.
Availability
We work to keep dukanwise available at all times and to back up your data, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Boson Studio is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, arising from using dukanwise. Our total liability is limited to the one-time price you paid for dukanwise, plus any maintenance you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
