Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what information dukanwise, a product of Boson Studio, collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and the dukanwise app.
Information you send us
When you send the Get started form, we receive your name, business name, phone number, city, business type, number of branches, the plan you chose, how you heard about us, your message and, if you give it, your email address.
We use this only to contact you about dukanwise and to set up your account.
Information in your shop
Products, sales, customers, suppliers, staff and other records you enter in dukanwise belong to you. Each shop is kept in its own separate database.
We access your shop only to provide support you ask for, to keep the service running, or when the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
This website may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and which adverts bring people to us. These services set cookies in your browser. The website also remembers your theme choice in your browser.
The signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the visitor is a person.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run dukanwise, such as hosting, email and the services named above, and only as much as they need.
Keeping it safe
We use encrypted connections, separate databases per shop, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information in line with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 and other Pakistani law.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to the email address below. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
